What is Clarity?
Clarity is a UK founded, owned and developed caffeine tracking and performance awareness app.

Why Clarity exists (the founder’s story)
My name is Joe, I’m the founder and developer of Clarity.
Clarity was created out of personal necessity.
Like many people in performance-driven environments, I relied heavily on caffeine to train harder, think longer, and push through fatigue. I was assuming tiredness was a discipline problem rather than a physiological one.
What became clear over time was that the issue wasn’t effort.
It was unseen carry-over.
Caffeine taken to improve performance in the day was quietly degrading sleep later at night which was creating a loop that no amount of willpower could fix.
Clarity was built to answer a simple question:
What if people could actually see what caffeine was doing inside their day and into their night?
